Wanted Farmhouse with around 15-20 acres suitable for a dog run-free sanctuary

We are a small dog charity, registered with the charities commission, and specialise in not only rehoming dogs but also holistic care, rehabilitation and shelter for problem and disabled dogs. Currently based in Gloucestershire but looking to relocate to West Wales, Pembrokeshire, Carmarthenshire or Ceredigion. We are looking to setup a brand new holistic shelter with run free facilities. This means that a lot of the land is secured off and dogs in care have the free run of the land. We will build a purpose built oak framed centre of excellence where owners and dogs can come for care, with possible overnight accommodation. The run free centre will be open to all dogs and owners to use as will facilities like hydrotherapy. The plan is to run on a Blue Cross type basis where treatment and facilities are based on what can be afforded rather than expensive treatments. We have our property in Gloucestershire to sell and finance the venture, but needing a property to relocate to first.

This is a big venture and hopefully will create one of the only holistic run free shelters in the UK and a centre of excellence for dog rehabilitation. If anyone has anything to offer it would be gratefully appreciated.

Looking around the £250,000 – £300,000 mark if that’s feasible?
